This system is principally used as a top or side hinged, rigid frame window screen, bespoke, fully fitted only.
Photo 1 below shows a side hinged Omega screen with a smaller top hinged lower panel for ease of access to existing window handles. Photo 2 shows the exterior view of the same screen. Such screens are a special design & build and not generally available on a supply only basis.

The Omega extruded aluminium profile is designed to give 35mm clearance from the existing window frame to which the screen is fixed, to the mesh surface. The major application of this model screen is to accommodate protruding window handles and catches typical of those used on UPVC double glazed units.
Turn buttons are best used to secure.

The maximum recommended size of screen is 1000mm x 1000mm, ideally this should be a top hinged application.
Side hinged screens greater than 550mm wide x 1200 high will often require a mid-bar (horizontal) and some additional support to hang true. |

| Top hinged screens wider than 1000mm x up to 600mm high will require a vertical mid-bar. |

Frames are powder coated, extruded aluminium, fitted with heavy-duty polyester Pet-mesh available in black or silver grey.
