If you would prefer our full bespoke design, manufacture and installation service, a visit is always necessary.

If you live in the North East of England region, we can carry out a survey free of charge and entirely without obligation( if you live within 20 miles radius of Bishop Auckland ) otherwise we have to make a charge to survey ( the amount, being subject to total distance, will be advised ) BUT the fee is entirely refundable on a full fitting order being placed. We will bring samples and working models for you to see, accurately measure for the required screens and give you a fixed price quotation.

Other UK Regions

If you require a bespoke service but are located outside the North East region, we can arrange surveys and fitting quotations through associated reputable and trusted companies in most UK regions. Please contact us to enquire.

Please note that some companies may make a call-out charge, payable on the day of the visit. For details of how this 'alternative service' would work in practice, click here.

Alternatively, you may wish to consider consulting a good quality local builder or joiner who should be able to advise you on the suitability of our flyscreen models. We would be happy to advise you and/or them on model types, whether for kits or made-to-measure screens, and you could agree a price directly with them to complete the job.

In this situation, we would require from you or your local builder/joiner a detailed written or email order for goods showing exact finished sizes of the screen(s) required.

If you choose to instruct your local builder/joiner to place your order for you, they would become our customer and all responsibility for ordered items, sizes etc. would transfer to them.
